Gulf Air has announced that it will build a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Bahrain International Airport. The facility will enhance the company's commitment to innovation and provide maintenance services according to the highest international standards, featuring an indoor area of over 20,000 square meters.
Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, announces the return of operating flights between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Iraq. In 1974, Gulf Air launched its inaugural flights to Iraq, visiting the Iraqi cities of Baghdad, Najaf, and Erbil, in 2020, flights were halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and now Gulf Air start again travel to Iraq.
