SAR%u2019OTEL is a family owned Hotel located in the heart of Tirana hosted in a building since 1938 tradition and bussines always meet each other, there where Kafe Mokka (1940-1945) prodly became the first and the most important distributer of coffe in Albania , the first italian restaurant in Albania %u201CLa Perla %u201C (1992-2001) succesfully served and where Didaktalba shpk (1995) the Leader of furnishing schools with education equipments in Albania, was founded.
