The hotel is housed in a finely restored 17th century horse and carriage station. It provides quality guest accommodation in just 16 bedrooms. It is air-conditioned and welcomes guests in its lobby. WLAN Internet access and a bicycle hire service are offered at the hotel. It also provides guests with a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities, as well as a TV lounge. Food and drink are served in the caf�, bar and restaurant. Room and laundry services are also available, as is a car park and garage.

By car: traveling from the North, take the A1 motorway (southbound) and exit at �Firenze Certosa'. Immediately after the toll booths, take the Superstrada motorway �Firenze-Siena'. Exit at �Siena sud' and from there follow the signs for the �Cassia SR2/SS2' road towards �Buonconvento-Montalcino-Roma'. After approximately 55 km, shortly after San Quirico, pass across the bridge traversing the river Orcia and, after about 500 m, follow the signs to �Castiglione d'Orcia'. After another roughly 300 m, at the bend, there will be a track and a sign indicating �Via Francigena-Osteria dell'Orcia'. Follow this and after about 200 m guests will reach the hotel. Traveling from the South, take the A1 motorway (northbound) and exit at �Chiusi-Chianciano Terme'. Immediately after the toll booths, take the SP146 road towards Chianciano Terme. After about 9 km, there will be signs for the �Cassia SS2- SAN Quricio d'Orcia-Bagno Vigoni' road. After passing the small village of �Gallina', follow signs for �Castiglione d'Orcia-Monte Amiata'. After some 300 m, at the bend, there will be a track and a sign indicating �Via Francigena-Osteria dell'Orcia'. Follow this and after about 200 m guests will reach the hotel.
