This air-conditioned city hotel is ideal for both families and business visitors. Renovated in 2004, the ten-storey building comprises a total of 193 rooms, of which 98 are singles, five are suites, and two are disability-friendly. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, and a convention centre with 11 classrooms and capacity for 800 people in the auditorium. On request, guests can obtain flight and tourist information. Culinary options here include the Las Ventanas, Las Sombrillas, and the Java Times Coffee restaurants/ cafes, where both national and international dishes are served, in addition to the La Plaza lobby bar, which has a wide-ranging drinks menu. There is as well an executive lounge with exclusive access, offering a complimentary continental breakfast and cocktails in the afternoon. Guests may further take advantage of the porter, room, laundry, and messenger services, the hairdressing salon, the beauty salon, the souvenir shop, the newspaper stand, the medical assistance, and the child supervision service. There is a cash machine within the building. Moreover, Internet access is provided throughout the building, and there is also an office service and a business centre with a photocopier, fax, printer and PC. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking with valet service.

The hotel can be reached from the Saltillo Torreon motorway (Boulevard Torreon Matamoros). The hotel is located at the motorway interchange which connects Diagonal Reforma with Saltillo 400.
