From Lisbon and the south: From the A1, turn onto the IP3 and after 38 km turn onto IC12 (direction Guarda-Mangualde). Carry straight on until you reach Canas of Senhorim. From Oporto and the north: From the A1, turn onto the A25 and upon reaching Viseu, follow the EN231 or the EN234 at Nelas if travelling from Mangualde. From Spain: Cross the border at Vilar Formoso and follow the A25. Upon reaching Mangualde, turn onto the EN234 at Nelas.
