The hotel is a magnificent combination of the cultural and culinary traditions of ancient villages in the mountains of Vietnam, and modern facilities to enhance each customer's experience. Renovated in 2009, this city hotel has a total of 168 rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom and lift access to the upper levels. Moreover, there is a hairdressing salon, casino, TV lounge, children's playground and a kids' club on the premises. Guests can wine and dine at the restaurant and bar, and there are conference facilities available to business travellers. All guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer as well as the WLAN Internet access (fees apply to all three of these). Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park or garage. Bicycles can be hired from the hotel for a fee.

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, take the Thang Long bridge and continue on the No. 3 belt road straight to the hotel. It take about 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
