he hotel has over 350 guestrooms spread across 3 floors and decorated using tropical fabrics, with two poster beds and mahogany stained furniture. Numerous watersports are available including hobiecat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, reel fishing, aquacycles and kayaks. The resort is also a popular choice with families and includes a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old, a Kids' Club for three to twelve year olds that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Finally teenagers can expect movies, water sports and disco nights.

The Almond Beach Village Hotel is set in 32 acres; this former sugar plantation is surrounded by lush tropical plants, a Sugar Mill and over one mile of white sandy beach. The hotel is on the west coast approximately 30 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown.
