The city hotel's architecture is typical of the old (Venetian) town of Rethymnon. The hotel consists of 86 guest rooms housed in 8 smaller buildings that are built next to each other with small narrow streets leading from one side of the hotel to the other. All buildings have 2 floors and none of them features lifts. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, and a hotel safe. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned apartment hotel include a children's playground, cafe, bar, restaurant, WLAN Internet access (fees apply), room service, a laundry service (fees apply) and a bicycle hire service.

From Chania airport/port take the motorway to Rethymnon. 5 km before reaching Rethymnon there is an interchange. Continue in the direction of Heraklion. A little further along there is a football pitch on the left-hand side. Exit opposite the pitch and follow the signs to Perivolia. From Heraklion airport/port take the highway towards Rethymnon. 5 km before Rethymnon town, there is a football pitch on the right-hand side. Exit right after the football pitch and follow the signs to Perivolia.
