This charming ski hotel is entirely built using stone from the region and comprises a total of 21 comfortable and cosy rooms with views of the surrounding landscape. This nature hotel in Manteigas offers guests a panoramic restaurant, which promotes the cuisine of the region and is a perfect place to try out some popular specialities such as the delicious Serra cheese, and to enjoy local Portuguese vegetable produce. The hotel surrounds are the perfect place for peaceful walks, which guests can follow up with a relaxed conversation by the fireplace. During the season, it is possible to practise winter sports, and in the warmer months guests can relish a refreshing swim in the region's natural lagoons. Further facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception, a games room, a TV lounge and a bar. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (both for an additional fee). Parking is available for those arriving by car.

Those arriving by car from Lisbon should follow the A1 motorway until the exit for Entroncamento/Torres Novas/A23. Follow the A23 until the exit for Belmonte/Manteigas and then the N232 until Manteigas. Follow signs for the hotel, located 12 km later on the same road towards Gouveia - Seia which heads for the top of the Penhas Douradas Mountain. From Manteigas there is an alternative route through the Forest Road of San Sebastian. Turn left after the first sign for the hotel. Continue to the N232. Turn left and the hotel is located 2 km further on. Guests coming from Porto by car should follow the A1 motorway to the exit for Albergaria-a-Velha. Follow the A25 until the exit for Mangualde. Then take the N232 towards Gouveia and follow signs to Serra da Estrela/Manteigas. The signs to the hotel will appear after about 25 km.
