Renovated in 2004, this hotel is located within a beautiful 3,000 m� garden with evergreen trees as well as colourful flowers, and it offers 170 rooms. The many facilities include a lobby with a reception desk, 2 lifts and a currency exchange desk. Additionally, the hotel offers a small supermarket, a shop, 2 bars, a TV lounge, a restaurant, a conference room and a public Internet terminal. Guests are also offered a complimentary car park if needed.

From Heraklion Airport by car, follow the signs to Rethymno. The hotel is situated on the main road when entering from Heraklion. There is a public bus from Heraklion which takes 2 hours to reach Rethymno and if requested, the bus driver will stop 20 metres away from the hotel. From Chania Airport by car it is an hour's drive following the signs to Rethymno. Pass the town centre and the hotel is situated on the main road about 1 km further along. By bus, get to the main bus terminal of Rethymno and then take the local bus or a taxi (the hotel is 3 km from the bus terminal).
