Renovated in 2009, this air-conditioned hotel comprises 20 rooms with balconies overlooking the Aveiro Lagoon. On a peaceful evening, guests can observe the fishermen at work on the traditional 'moliceiros' boats. Surrounded by water, this is the ideal spot for fishing, water sports or going to the beautiful beaches. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception, and the hotel offers a bar, a restaurant and a car park. For additional fees, guests may also take advantage of the hotel's WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services.

From Francisco de S� Carneiro Airport: exit Gandra, then continue along the A41/IC24 to the IC1. On approaching Vila Nova de Gaia, take the A1/IC2, and on approaching Canelas, take the A29, then the N223. At Carvalheira de Maceda, turn left onto the N109. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit, and continue along the N327. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit, and continue on to Torreira.
