Built in a Mediterranean style, the hotel consists of a central building with many facilities and another fourteen low buildings, where the 68 suites are located. The hotel offers a reception desk, a restaurant, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a bar and terraces with views over the golf course and the bay beyond. Furthermore, it provides a bicycle hire service, a car park and a large garden integrated into the local landscape. The hotel is the ideal setting to hold any type of work meetings, congresses and conferences. Its three comfortable meeting rooms come with all the audio-visual equipment necessary. The professionalism, experience, dedication and attention to detail of the hotel staff, together with personalised service adapted to guests' needs, are the guarantee for a successful event. All the meeting rooms feature natural lighting, air conditioning, PA system, slide projector, transparencies projector, TV, DVD, video projector, screen, flip chart, telephone, fax, lectern, printer and cordless microphone.

From the airport: Take the motorway towards Santany�/Manacor, and take exit 10 to Manacor. Go through Algaida, Montu�ri and Vilafranca de Bonany. In Manacor, continue straight towards Sant Lloren�. At the roundabout in Sant Lloren�, follow signs for Son Servera. Diverge from the route to Son Servera to continue straight towards Art� and Cala Ratjada. Three km after the turn not taken for Son Servera, guests will see the hotel on the left-hand side.
