Located in the middle of a tropical garden, the hotel is designed to harmonize perfectly with the natural surroundings, the resort consists of low-rise, contemporary Thai-style buildings that combine spaciousness with an open, cool and natural ambience. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and a currency exchange. In addition, the air-conditioned hotel includes bars and restaurants. The library includes books, magazines, newspapers and Internet access. It serves coffee, juices, ice creams and freshly baked pastries and cakes. Conference facilities are also available for events and parties. The 82m? conference room can hold up to 60 guests for cocktail receptions (standing), up to 40 seated places in theatre style, 33 guests in classroom style and 26 persons in a u-shape formation. The facilities include audiovisual equipment, flipcharts, overhead projectors, white boards, TV, video and broadband Internet. A laundry service rounds off the hotel's amenities.

During the high season (from November to April), the transportation consists of a 50-minute drive from Krabi Airport to Baan Hua Hin pier by minivan, followed by a 20-minute scenic ride along the coast of Koh Lanta Yai on Layana's private speedboat. From May to October, the resort operates roundtrip transfer by land transport only.
