The hotel was opened in 1993 as the first luxury hotel in the Turks and Caicos and was renovated in 2010. It offers 82 rooms with an adults-only concept. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, casino, games room, cafe, bar, pub, disco and restaurant. Younger guests can let off steam in the kids' club and children's playground. Conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a bicycle hire service complete the facilities on offer.
