This hotel comprises 132 rooms including 12 suites spread over a 9-storey building. Guests are welcomed in the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. The fully air-conditioned, non-smoking hotel features a contemporary restaurant and cafe bar with highchairs available for children. There are also conference rooms for meetings and banqueting and a public Internet connection. Room and laundry services round up the offerings, and on-site parking spaces are available for those arriving by car (Fees apply).

From the North and South, follow the A1 and take the turn off signposted Teesside (A19) until reaching the sign for Middlesbrough (A66). Then take the 3rd exit signposted Town Centre and the Zetland multi-storey car park should be around 400 m further on the left. As you leave the A66 move into right-hand lane on the slip road, and take the 3rd exit at the roundabout and move into the right hand lane. At the small roundabout turn right. A signpost for the hotel should now be visible. Take the first left into the Gurney Street public car park and immediately turn left through the yellow and black barrier which will automatically open. Please note that the free parking only applies after passing through the barrier.
